Episode 42 Morals

In plain English, these are the morals from Episode 42:

Cassie Breaks Free of Pizza Prison

The the newsgroup asks, "Doesn't Grace have a job?" (And in AWO Episode 27, I gave Tony a job, too.) And over and over, everyone asks: "Where does Grace and Tony's money come from?" At one point they complained they were almost out of money, but they continue to pay for apartments, hotels, food, etc. They continue to show no panicked attempt to hold a job of any kind to get an influx of cash. This is very annoying to the average viewer, who typically is all-too-familiar with the daily struggle for money that most people with responsibilities for children suffer. Just making it through the day, the week, the month with enough cash to buy the essentials is often the struggle of life--and here are people who no one can relate to. This really poisons this plotline. In real life, the pressures of money would (thankfully) have forced a solution long ago. Fix it.

That's all for Episode 42's morals. Don't miss Episode 43 and its morals!
